Katrin Vogt’s panel on the search CFO, Industrial Software, at the stage Client Interview. Insights from four notes and three conversations: revenue grown from €180M to €310M at Rheinwerk Automation, the carve-out of Halden’s services arm, a €250M refinancing, and a lowlight: she would need to grow into investor relations. Then when the team last spoke to her, and the search she is on.

One person, four views

What your team knows, in one place.

Open a candidate from any search or list, and the panel brings together what used to sit in several tools and several people’s heads.

  1. Insights

    The highlights of every conversation.

Insights read your team’s newest notes and conversations about a person and set out what matters in at most four labelled lines: a figure, a named deal, a result. A lowlight or a red flag appears only when it stands out. One click opens the notes behind them.

  2. Company intelligence

    Every employer, researched.

Open any role in their experience to see the company as it was: what it does, how its headcount grew with their years there shaded, and the funding rounds and news from their time.

  3. Network

    Who you know in common.

The people your team has spoken to who worked at the same companies at the same time, with how long they overlapped and when you last spoke – the reference call, found before you need it.

  4. Every search, one record

    Where they stand, everywhere.

Every mapping they were scored in, with the scorecard and the tier; where each approach stands; and one log of every note, conversation and stage move, grouped by day.

Scored with reasons

Scored against this search, with the reasons written out.

Each candidate is scored against a scorecard written for the brief in front of you – not a job title, and not the last search’s criteria – and against the company they sit in. Then tiered: who you call first, and who can wait.

A researcher reviews the work on every search, so nobody is ruled out by a model on its own, and every decision carries a reason your client can read.

How research works

The Research tab of Katrin Vogt’s panel: in the DACH mapping she is Tier 1 at 91%, with the reasoning for the tier and her score on each of five factors – CFO experience 27 of 30, transactions 24 of 25, industrial software 16 of 20, team leadership 14 of 15, Munich 10 of 10 – then Tom Hale’s research note.

Notes and privacy

Written by your team. Kept by your team.

  • Notes on the card

Write a note without leaving the list, and find the person again by any word in it.

  • Filter by what was said

Narrow a long list to the people with notes, or with the notes you are looking for.

  • Ask what the team wrote

The copilot answers from your notes: who mentioned relocating, who led a sale to PE.

  • Names masked first

Before a model reads the notes behind Insights, the person’s name, emails and phone numbers are masked.

  • Restricted stays restricted

Notes from a restricted search are left out of Insights, so a confidential mandate stays where it is.

  • Only people you know

Insights are written only for people your team has actually spoken to – never guessed from a profile.

Every candidate, already known.
