Everything about a person, in one place
Getting ready for a call meant piecing a person together: the notes from earlier conversations, spread across searches; how their employer grew and raised money while they were there; and whether anyone on your team knew someone who had worked with them.
Starting today, it’s one panel. The person stays on the left, and the tabs on the right open on Insights: what your team’s conversations taught you about their experience, in a few lines. Click any of their employers for its growth, funding and news, with their years there marked. Network shows the people your team has spoken to who worked with them, and every interview, email and stage change reads as one timeline.

One panel, wherever you open a person
Open someone from a search’s pipeline, a mapping’s candidate list or Scoring page, People, a company or a deal, and the panel opens beside the page you’re on. The person stays on the left: their photo and current role, contacts and files, experience and education, and, on a search, the stage, which you can change right there. Everything else is in the tabs on the right: Overview, Network, Interviews, Research and Outreach, with the full Activity log under ⋮.
The header names the search, or the mapping, you opened it from. On a search’s pipeline, ← and → step through the candidates in that stage, and the tab you’re on stays open as you go.
Insights from your team’s conversations
Overview opens on Insights: up to four lines on what your team has learned about the person’s experience in interviews, calls and client feedback. Each line says what kind of fact it is, such as Revenue, M&A or Team size, and carries a figure, a named deal or a result. A Lowlight or a Red flag appears only when the notes make it prominent, and comes last.
AI writes them from the notes in your space, with the person’s name, email addresses and phone numbers masked first, and they refresh when new notes come in. The title says what they were drawn from; click it to read the notes themselves. Under Insights, Overview shows when your team last spoke to the person and last contacted them, and the searches they’re on, each with its stage.
Company intelligence on every employer
Click a role in Experience, and Company intelligence opens over the tabs: what the company does, where it’s based, how many people work there, when it was founded and what it has raised. Growth charts its headcount with the person’s years there shaded, Funding rounds marks the rounds raised during their time, and Investors and News follow.
The first time a company is opened, Topliner looks it up; after that it opens straight away. Esc takes you back to the tabs.
Who your team knows from their past companies
Network shows the people your team has spoken to who worked at the same company at the same time. The map puts the person in the middle, their employers around them and your contacts at each. The list under it says how long each one overlapped with them, what they did there and do now, and who on your team last spoke to them, and when.
Filter by Time together or Last conversation, or click a company on the map to see only the people from there. Sort by the latest conversation or the strongest connection.
Every touch on one timeline
Interviews, Outreach and the Activity log read as a timeline. A note is a post: who wrote it, what kind it is, when, and for which search and client. An event without a note, such as a stage change, is one quiet line. Outreach and the Activity log group them by day. Search the events, filter them by type, owner and search, or log one with Add Activity.
Move the stage from the pill on the person’s card, and the move is in the Activity log at once.
Available now
The new panel is live in every space: open anyone from a search, a mapping, People, a company or a deal. Open full page, in the header, shows the same person on the same tab, on a page of its own.
Everyone in a space sees the same Insights for a person, so they’re built only from notes that everyone there may see: notes on restricted searches never go into them. People your team hasn’t spoken to yet have no Insights. Each space has a daily number of new company lookups; a company that has been looked up before always opens.
