How quickly do I see a longlist?
Two days after the brief: the market is mapped first, then everyone who has held the seat is scored against the brief and checked by a researcher.
Is my candidate data shared with other firms?
No. Data is shared only inside your own workspace, under access controls you set. We do not sell or rent it, and candidate data is not shared between firms.
How is my data protected?
Topliner is SOC 2 Type II audited, hosted in the EU and encrypted in transit and at rest. Your searches, notes and candidates are never used to train AI models – that is in our terms, not just our policy.
